Experience, Legal Specialization: Sergei Shevchenko joined BBH team in May 2009 as a Senior Lawyer. Prior to this Sergei had worked at the legal practice of one of the Big Four companies, where he managed a large volume of projects in various industry sectors. Sergei has extensive experience in consulting Russian and International companies on the matters of establishment, restructuring, financing, liquidation and bankruptcy with respect to civil law, corporate law and financial law issues. Previously Sergei had worked at the investment company which was part of the largest financial-industrial groups in Russia.
