Experience, Legal Specialization: Natalya Gievaya joined the law firm BBH Legal LLC as a lawyer in August 2007, and was promoted to the position of a senior lawyer in September 2008. She specializes in banking and financial law, M&A, corporate, anti-trust and administrative law. She started her legal career in 2002 in one of the major Russian banks. She was engaged in providing support both of banking operations and corporate matters in relation to the credit organization’s activity, participated in international bank’s projects.

Natalya Gievaya further worked as a Head of Legal Department in a leasing company being a part of a major international holding. She was responsible for full legal support of the company’s activity as well as for drafting and reviewing of different types of agreements, organizing the system of internal control in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and also has gained a substantial experience in settling issues in the area of corporate, labor, tax, competition legislation.
