Experience, Legal Specialization: Evgeny Tryakhov has been a lawyer of the law firm BBH Legal LLC since June 2007. Before joining BBH Legal LLC Mr. Tryakhov worked as lawyer in the major German law firm. Mr. Tryakhov specializes in corporate, tax, competition, labor and migration law, in particular he provides legal support in the field of investment in the Russian Federation: preparation of schematics and agreements for investment projects in the different business fields (in insurance and energy sectors etc.), preparation of option agreements and memorandums of understanding on the investment questions, due diligence of Russian companies, establishing of legal entity subsidiaries, branches and representative offices accreditation, legal support in corporate matters (e.g. by realization of corporate procedures), client’s support in licensing and antimonopoly matters, drafting and legal review of different contracts. He further focuses on advising large Russian and international companies in M&A transactions.

Mr. Tryakhov is significantly involved in BBH Legal LLC’s investment activities in the Russian Federation. Engaged as a lawyer in the BBH Legal LLC branch office in Moscow, Mr. Tryakhov is using his experience in M&A and corporate governance projects and he, thereby, contributes his energies to the development of the BBH Legal LLC Moscow team.
