Evgenia Matveeva

Evgenia has become the member of  the BBH Moscow team in 2010. Prior to joining BBH Evgenia worked in one of the Big Four companies.

Evgenia`s professional experience is primarily focused on intellectual property, corporate and contract law issues. Evgenia has extensive legal practice in commercial law and has been involved in the projects related to foreign investments into the Russian business, restructuring of the Russian companies, disposal of the real estate. For instance, Evgeniya has provided legal advice in connection with acquisition by PPF Group N.V. of 50 percent minus 1 share stake in the Eldorado Group, being one of the most significant Russia’s electronics retailers.

Evgenia has also been advising the Russian and foreign companies on the use of the intellectual property and disposal of the rights thereto, on the issues arising within the disputes due to the breach of intellectual property rights. Evgenia has participated in the project connected with the development of the international railway transportation system.
